Savour Venice

Slow down. Linger a little longer. Observe, discover and taste. Places, colors, flavors and excellent craftsmanship. Different stories that leave an everlasting mark on those who have the desire to go further than what a certain type of tourism would offer.

Savour the Revealed Venice is a 338 pages hardcover Coffee table book.
It is a project that I’ve been working on for several years together with amazing photographers.

My book talks about Venice’s islands, special and unique places to visit, Venetian traditions and cuisine.

A Venice where the historic center is only one part of the experience.

The idea is to invite the traveler to discover my city from a different angle, the culinary one, the artistic and craft one. Certainly the most authentic and human.
