Dinners in the Furnace are a multi-sensory experience to involve guests in an exclusive emotional journey made of history and beauty, knowledge and flavors.
The dishes created for this experience are inspired by the colors, the techniques and the shapes of glass. Dishes that, in turn, become art forms themselves, to be savored with the eyes first, but that surprise in taste, after.
Playing with the senses, the passions and the creativity this will become a journey in a journey. Dinners at the Furnace are all of this and maybe something more. That “something” is given by the personal sensibility to grasp, discover and interpret by changing one’s point of view.
